After an upbringing in London, a childhood of extensive travel, and training at the esteemed Prue Leith's School of Food and Wine, I returned to my homeland to further pursue my passion for food and cooking taking advantage of New Zealand's world-class produce.
I have over 25 years of restaurant experience, including Logan Brown, Nikau Gallery Cafe, Rita and most notably as Head Chef at The Ambeli:
